The winter of 2004-2005 begins a beautiful journey in the world of wine when I studied in “Le Monde” -Athens in Sommelier section.
Since then I visit wineries, wine exhibitions and restaurants worldwide.

I participated as a connoisseur in “INTERNATIONAL WINE COMPETITION OF THESSALONIKI”(2007) and in 2008 in London I became Certified Sommelier by the Court of Masters Sommeliers.
I am the author of the cook book “Tastes of Kefalonia” (2009).
In 2011 started the “Panochori”, a premium Kefalonian Extra Virgin Olive oil that recently awarded at the international competition “Athena”.
From 2012 I’m bottling my own Robola wine “Sarris” where at the global competition “Decanter” in London won a silver medal.
In my spare time I play tennis and love see kayaking.
My new passion … the natural wines!
We had a really memorable evening at Avithos Taverna! The food was sublime, the staff were extremely friendly and the setting fantastic. We were especially lucky, as a group of local Greek musicians were also dining there and they provided really good Greek music all evening. Lots of eating, drinking and laughing - overall a really memorable experience.
