CuttleFish in tomato sauce

Grandma’s Loula simple & tasty kefalonian recipe.

Ingredients (4-6 servings)
1 kilo of cuttlefishes –
filleted & choped in small pieces
100 ml olive oil
3-4 tomatoes grated or 300 ml tomato juice 1 onion
100 ml white wine
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
white rice for garnish

Place the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion for 3 minutes. Add the cuttlefish, stir for 3 minutes and then add the wine. Add the tomato juice, parsley, salt, pepper and 100 ml of hot water. Cook on a medium heat till cuttlefish get soft. Serve with white rice.
